Complaints and Feedback

You have reached the page where you can leave your complaints about the work of the foundation or undesirable actions of employees/volunteers. All complaints are processed in complete confidentiality, in accordance with measures to protect the complainant from possible retaliation.
The application is accepted for consideration within 24 hours from the moment of its submission. The applicant is informed about the results of the complaint consideration within 7 working days from the date of submission of the complaint.
